Navigating the TV and online viewing schedule for college basketball is no easy task, turns out.Decided to write this entry to make it super easy to track how and where to watch all nationally/regionally televised games because of that fact. And, with research, turns out the most viable way to present this data is to show which television networks air which conference games.
Things to consider when attending a college basketball game are all included here, like average ticket costs, how to get the best seats, and/or the best value, parking, concession stand options, and finally the total cost for a family of four to attend a college basketball game, all things considered.Let's get started with what to expect with the price of entry per person.
The NCAA Tournament (March Madness) airs on several television stations, streams on several platforms, and lasts through early April.
There is no doubt that March Madness lives up to it's name. With sixty four teams having the opportunity to claw their way to the top, it leads to an interesting month. This year has some awesome matchups, some sure blowouts, and some that I believe to have the championship in their grasps. Here are some bracket tips to help you along on your trip to success this year.
The Sweet Sixteen lineup is set, and it looks somewhat different than many expected. With top seeds Villanova, Kansas and Virginia out early, spots instead were filled by the likes of NC State, Wichita State and Michigan State. Most pundits and brackets' favorite, the Kentucky Wildcats, are still in the action and going strong, but a West Virginia match-up will be their toughest go yet.
NCAA's Selection Sunday results are finally in.
March Madness is just around the corner. And with 68 teams making it into the NCAA tournament, it's always an event to see just what teams make it in. 32 of the 68 entries get automatic bids, by winning their respective conference tournaments that are held just before Selection Sunday. Well, 31 of the 32 conferences.
Since 1939, only 8 teams have won the NCAA Tournament Championship and then gone on to not even qualify for the tournament the following season. Only 8 teams in tournament history, some 76 March Madness'. So it's rare, but does happen from time to time.
