Warriors v Rockets in the Western Conference Finals

I don't want to see another Warriors v Cavs playoffs. I just don't. Though I have no hopes in the Cavs not making it (I think they handle the Celtics easily enough) a matchup that could actually make this year's finals different is the Rockets taking on the Warriors in the conference finals.

This ESPN article and vid has me pretty excited for this series. James Harden and CP3 have been on the losing end of some pretty epic collapses over the last few years, by missing out on championship potential runs time and time again.

Now that they are finally on the same team and making things happen, this could actually be their year of vindication. If they don't pull it off, that'll be okay I think. But to get the opportunity to watch the drama of those 2 play against the Durant and Curry superteam is probably the most intriguing matchup in the whole NBA right now.

When they played in the regular season, Houston got the better of them 2-1. Small sample size though, and the playoffs are a different animal. Looking forward to this one.

    Any predictions?

I would LOVE to see Rockets vs Warriors, but only because it's a slight change. But I don't think it'll happen. The entire NBA has accidentally turned itself into a Lebron/Cavs/Curry/Warriors love show. Those few items are so shoved down everyone's throat, that I think they have no choice but to basically force the matchup. All anyone has been trained to hear for so long is "The ultimate matchup! Who wins between these kings of the court!" Urgh.... I want to see the Rockets take it. Or better yet, anyone else.

Should clarify, I am talking about that match-up for the conference finals. Not the NBA finals. So this match-up is actually happening right now. Winner goes to the finals.

    Given that, any predictions?
