So which Tiger Woods will we get this Open? The confident sweeper of the past? Or the nervous, over thinker that will ultimately crush himself under anxiety. It's no secret that his past doings weigh down on him, causing him to over analyze. His career took the negative turn as all of his dirty laundry was aired out. Very, very publicly.
Hopefully he pulls out a win this year. I'm rooting for him. He has been through the media ringer, and it would be nice to silence all of the people out there who think he will never do it again. I don't think that for a second. He has all of the skill in the world at his disposal. Albeit, it is rather locked up in a closet in his mind right now.
So again, which Tiger do you think we will see this year?

I actually felt bad for Tiger as I watched him these past couple of days. He used to be my favorite player in the world and seeing him go from the best player there is to someone who can't make the cut at the US Open is just sad. I hope this doesn't spell the end for him, but I really don't see how he ever finds his footing again.
Almost hate sharing this video, because its just so embarrassing for Tiger. But if you haven't been watching this US Open, you need to see just how spectacular his fall from grace has become. He needs to take a step back from professional play for a good while, and get his head right -----

I hear ya, but I honestly don't know what some time off would do. I think he is just coming to realize that the world of golf is passing him by and he's just a spectator as it's happening.
He has enough money to last multiple lifetimes, so I think he is continuing to play because he can't admit that he is no longer the best. I don't know if any amount of time off would change that.
