The 2015 NCAA Division I football season just around the corner and that means my Saturday's are about to get a lot more exciting. I consider myself lucky because I'm a fan of the Big Ten Conference and they have made it really easy to watch the vast majority of the games, especially when it comes to the top tier of the conference.

A great source to figure out what channel will be airing a certain game is the Big Ten Conference's "Score's and Stat's" page. This page lists every game of the season and what channel it will be aired on and what your online viewing options are. BTN2Go, the network's online companion, will also be airing some games, but you will need to have a current internet subscription in order to watch those games.

I'd also caution you to beware of BTN2Go Plus. It is a subscription service that will give you access to a host of Big Ten sporting events, but it doesn't include football. So if you are going to purchase that service, which is $119.95/year, then make sure you understand that you won't be watching any football games on it.

As you can see--you have plenty of options to watch plenty of Big Ten football games this year. I have to admit that I'm quite happy with how easy it is to watch the conference that I love. They definitely make it much easier than many of the other conferences do.

Good deal. Yeah, there are immediately 2 great matchups for opening weekend in the Big Ten too: Alabama v Wisconsin. And Ohio State vs Virginia Tech. Both could be upset wins. I will definitely be watching both; I think those games will define all 4 of those teams for the rest of the season. Least of all Alabama, but still. Wisconsin I think is a solid, solid team.
