Everyone seems ready to already crown Maryland the NCAA national trophy in the preseason, the hype is so high on this team. I don't get it..
With a conference that has Michigan and Michigan State, Wisconsin, Purdue, Ohio State, Illinois, and Iowa... these teams routinely make it into the big tournament. Why is Maryland deemed so head and shoulders better (for preseason hype) then all those teams?
Oh and don't forget the Hoosiers. They should be mighty good this year too.
Well, they looked vulnerable against Rider already in game 3. So they are definitely beatable. Gotta give it to them for rallying late though. 3-0 start definitely makes you realize they are so far legit. But Purdue is 5-0, and Indiana, Iowa, Mich State, and Northwestern are all undefeated still too. So this will be very interesting I think down the stretch.
I'm all in for Michigan State, for what it's worth.
