Cam Newton mature enough for the Super Bowl stage?

I have been surprised by Cam Newton this year. Didn't think he would be able to captain a team through the playoffs, and on into the super bowl. But he did, very well actually. And now that he is there and about to play with a good chance of winning.. but I still have my doubts.

1 week of constant interviews and social media/news doubters and smack talkers at pre-SB junctions and whatnot I think will go to Cam's head. I wonder if it will all be just too much for the guy..

    Think he will implode?

I think Cam will throw one of his normal fits as soon as he messes up once. He will blame his team for something and start to yell. Once Peyton sees that... it's over. Peyton will want to teach him a lesson and that will give him the drive to do it. It should be a good game though. I do not like the Panthers in any way. But they are at the SB, so I'll give credit where it's due.

My guess as to the outcome of the game: Broncos victorious by two td's.

Cam's saving grace is Panther's defense. Would love to see 14+ pt win. But I think Carolina is better than Denver even with defense. Going to be a close one.

I see Denver winning though. Better offense, smarter qb.

Cam is having an MVP year. Peyton is not. Don't get me wrong, I like Peyton waayyyy more as a human being. But, he does implode himself when the stakes are highest. I think Cam will win this time.

Well, he just won the MVP of the league. So that's gotta help matters alot for him being able to hold his momentum together. Maybe this is the year he proves all doubters wrong. Maybe.

He chose the worst night to self destruct. To be fair, his offensive line didn't seem to help him out much at all. His defense gave him plenty of opportunities to capitalize on Denver turnovers, but he just couldn't take advantage of anything. That was one hell of a defensive game, that's for sure.
