ACC Conference teams dominate top eight seeds

    The ACC Conference set a new record by have 10 of its teams in the championship field. Florida State is the current number 1 seed at 47-13. Louisville is 2nd at 47-12, Miami comes in 3rd at 45 - 11. Clemson still makes the number 7 spot at 42-18. Both Florida State and Louisville are prime contenders for the College World Series. Here are the top seeds so far.

    National Top Eight Seeds

    1. Florida State (47-13)

    2. Louisville (47-12)

    3. Miami (45-11)

    4. Texas A&M (45-14)

    5. Texas Tech (41-16)

    6. Mississippi (41-16-1)

    7. Clemson (42-18)

    8. LSU (42-18)

    I guarantee you that Florida State will win the world series this year. They have the perfect mix of players at the moment.

    Hmm. That's a bold statement. I see plenty of good mixes this year that could beat FS. What makes you so sure they are so much better than the others?
