After he tried to get traded (and still is trying I suppose) and now with all the allegations against him, it's hard for me to imagine him turning all this bad blood around, getting passed everything and just being Houston's franchise QB for the next decade.

Seems impossible at this point. I don't know what to think of everything he is going through but anyone see a path for him to remain a Texan through all this? Any Texans fans here have any special insight or take on Watson right now?

He has 12 lawsuits against him right now. Even if all but one are dropped, all it takes is one. Especially during this cultural climate.

This is really sad. I don't necessarily put Olympians into a higher category than others, but I her being an Olympian makes it worse for some reason. And wearing the jacket while rioting at the Capitol is just ridiculous.

Also, wasn't there another U.S. Olympian there wearing their jacket as well?

    Any further word on this?

Really happy to say that my alma mater snagged their first NCAA tournament win in overtime against Purdue. I can't believe they beat them, or won anything for that matter. Finally we have some success in the world of NCAA. I remember while going to school there how are basketball and football teams were lack luster at best. Now I feel like we finally put ourselves on the map. I wonder how they'll stack up against the other teams though. Thoughts?

Very interesting concept. I've never heard of this before. Sometimes fans know more.

This is an excellent match up for sure. Real Madrid is a solid team, and Liverpool is too, but I can see Real Madrid coming out on top too.

I didn't really look into the numbers for each country that much, but from what I hear their culture and hygiene practice already makes them pretty well setup to handle something like this. At least better than a lot of other countries.
Yeah I don't believe they were. They have been wearing masks in public for over a decade now, which really benefited them. Also, they have state of the art sanitation.

This is truly sad when this happens, although it happened in January. Shawn Bradley was riding his bike in Utah and was struck from behind by a car, which caused a traumatic spinal cord injury, leaving him paralyzed. Doctors said his road to recovery will be a long one (hopefully not). I remember this guy when I was a kid. I either forgot or never knew he was 7' 6". He was one of the league's tallest players in history. At any rate, I hope he recovers soon. Can anyone else think of this happening to a player in retirement?

Most all professional sports leagues allow fans to attend games at a reduced capacity, and Major League Baseball is no different, even when it comes to their Spring Training. To be honest, I'm a baseball fan, sure, but I don't see why anyone would have any desire to watch Spring Training games, and watch players play positions that they will more than likely not be in once the season starts. Doesn't seem worth the risk to me, but anyway. Both the Cactus and Grapefruit leagues will be allowing fans to attend Spring Training games at a reduced capacity between 20 to 25 percent. But from what I hear, fans won't be allowed to attend pre-game practice. Also, this reduced capacity thing seems to have created scarcity and has fans falling over each other to scoop up tickets. So there you have, do you think it's worth it? Do you find anything appealing about Spring Training?

I would have to say it most definitely puts him in the running for best racer ever. That's if he actually pulls it off, which I think he has a really good chance of doing so.
