The Frozen Four is the pinnacle of college hockey. If you didn't already know, it's basically set up the same as the March Madness NCAA basketball tournament. All teams are divided up and face each-other in a single elimination style tournament, until just four of the best teams remain. And just as basketball has the Final Four to determine the championship teams, hockey has the Frozen Four. This year's championship will be held at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minn.

Minnesota-Duluth will start it off with their game against Ohio State on April 5th at 6 p.m. Minnesota actually lost to Denver in last year's championship, so we can assume they will not want to feel that sting again. But I honestly think Ohio has a much, much better offensive line. Plus, Ohio hasn't been here in 20 years. They have a ton of good momentum swinging in their direction.

Next up will be Michigan vs. Notre Dame at 9:30 p.m. This is Michigan's first time in the semifinals in seven years, while ND is coming back after being in the FF just last year. This is a really great match-up. Both teams play very similar and will be giving it their all. I see Notre Dame barely pulling out this win.

Championship game is on April 7th at 7:30 p.m.

Any hockey fans here? Thought's on this year's FF?
