Are they trying to copy College Football with their weekly polls? I kind of like this as it lets teams know where they stand ahead of time and so teams have a better idea of what their end of season wins mean.

This ad is generating some positive buzz especially in lieu of Donald Trump's anti immigrant actions the past week. I'm sure the commercial has been planned for awhile but the timing of it really makes Trump look bad.

Way too cute. Very good chance Alabama recovers with 1 sec left and a chance to pull an Aaron Rodgers.

Can't see at this point how u can give it to a Cowboy over Matt Ryan. It's Matt Ryan's year. Voters know he's earned it. Dak and Zeke are rookies so voters know they have time to win it later. Plus they kinda cancel each other out being on same team.

The week 1 game Raiders vs Saints it was a VERY stupid playcall to go for two because there still was 47 seconds left in the game. Jack Del Rio was wrong in saying, "Let's win it right now" because the game was far from over after they converted. I've seen so many comments with ppl supporting the play but I don't think they've thought it through.

As soon as you make the 2pt conversion you significantly increase the odds that New Orleans kicks a FG because they have 4 downs and can attempt high risk\high reward throws. If you kick the extra point, New Orleans plays it safe to avoid losing the game with a turnover and it goes to OT.

You NEVER go for 2 for the win at the end of a game when there is still enough time on the clock for your opponent to score.

I do like the call if there was less than 15 seconds left on the game clock though. The Saints wouldn't have had a chance at a 61 yd field goal for the win if that was the case. It's actually BECAUSE Brees was playing so good that you go for the tie. 47 seconds is a lot of time for an elite QB to get into FG range even with no timeouts.

Really enjoyed the Olympics with USA kicking ass and Great Britain as well over China and Russia.

I'll be watching the Closing Ceremony online but living on west coast not sure if they will tape delay it or not. But I suppose you can always watch it later on replay.

Curious how many athletes hang around for it as a lot leave but if you're one of the later sports maybe you stay and attend like the Men's Basketball team.

So WTF!?! Another question here. It looks like NBC is screwing over west coast viewers again or is it just me?

    ET/CT Users: 7:30pm EST/6:30PM CST
MT Users: 6:30pm MT (an hour delayed?)
PT Users: 7:30 PT (THREE hours delayed? )

WTF! Am I reading that right? If you want to stream it live (not watch it on TV) from the west coast they aren't going to let you and make you wait 3 hours instead?

And are there ways to get around that? If you are in the Pacific Time zone is there a way for you to watch it live if you have access to NBC?

So many good things about it. First, having it be a tournament gives it more of a exciting and competitive feel. Also, breaking it down into the four divisions is also an improvement as your home team players now have twice the visibility -- makes it more fun to cheer for a division than a conference. And past games were already kinda wide open with the rules on hitting and so you might as well make it 3 on 3. Which is fine because it is already an overtime rule fans are used to seeing now.

Woohoo! Freaking awesome on so many levels. Nobody wanted to see the Patriots in again and Manning is a great story. Two great defenses will be in the Super Bowl whether Carolina or Arizona win. I predict Manning edges out Carolina and he retires on top.
