Joe Buck does the play-by-play announcing for most TNF games with Troy Aikman doing color commentary. Erin Andrews and Kristina Pink pair up to bring all the sideline and field reporting. All TNF games are produced by FOX but not every game will use the FOX broadcast team. Sometimes NFL Network will use their own announcing crew.
Thursday Night Football will air every TNF branded game on NFL Network, including all international games and Saturday games as well. 11 TNF games will be broadcast on Fox and you'll be able to watch the local channel FOX affiliate for free if you have a digital antenna. Amazon Prime and Twitch will simulcast every TNF game airing on FOX as well.

You'll need an Amazon Prime account to gain access to their live feed. But Twitch is completely free. That is the best way to stream any TNF game at no cost.
Mobile Streaming Apps (Completely Free)
NFL Mobile and Yahoo Sports! both offer live streams for any nationally aired NFL game, including every TNF game. Best part, its completely free to anyone without the need of any subscription.
There are restrictions however - you can only watch the games from your mobile device (no sending the feed to your TV) and for select games you have to use your cell data as wifi will be disabled. So keep that in mind if you don’t have unlimited data.
