Here we go! The LA Rams are set to face off with the New England Patriots at Super Bowl LIII. But I have to say it... I'm not super excited for this one. I'm pretty tired of seeing the Patriots in the SB. I was very much hoping for a Rams vs. Chiefs game and I've been wanting the Chiefs to be in the SB for a good while now. I guess I'll have to wait for Andy Reid to make it happen next year.

To me, the Chiefs deserve the spot much more than the Pats. KC has had a really rough past few years and I think it's finally their turn to take home the championship. But I knew exactly what was going to happen when KC got that touchdown with just 2 minutes left... That's an entire game to Tom Brady and he did what he does best with it.

As far as predictions go for the Super Bowl winner(personal preference aside), I think the Rams will be the victor this year. I'm mostly basing that off what I saw during the AFC/NFC title games. The Rams just looked much better over all than the Patriots. Not that one game is enough to say for sure, especially considering Tom Brady, but I think it's usually very telling for the next game we see. I've been very impressed with the Rams this year, and their game against the Saints was just awesome. I just hope their defense has what it takes to not completely gas out at the very end of the game and let Brady take advantage.

What do you think? Do the Rams have the defense to keep Brady and Gronk from doing what we all know they are planning on doing at the SB?

I thought it was going to be a Saints v Chiefs Super Bowl, so shows what I know.. that said I would like to say the Rams will get it. But I think these two teams are actually very evenly matched. Really good running games. Solid defenses the last few games. Great QBs. And decently capable receivers. Rams have the slight edge on all categories, except the most important one. Brady evens the odds.

I was 100% prepared for a Rams v Chiefs Super Bowl.. In all honesty, I think that would be the most entertaining of all the matchups. Either way, I just didn't want to see the Patriots again.

Rams are underdogs with a 2.5 point spread atm. I'd take that. I have a feeling Rams' defense shows up big.

I hope so! I honestly think the Rams are a better team than the Patriots at the moment. I really didn't even expect the Pats the get through the playoffs. I think the Rams will win the Super Bowl by a good spread.

Man that was a boring game. Not just a boring Super Bowl, which it was. Maybe the least exciting one I've seen since I've been watching them back in the early 90's. But it was also just a boring game period. So many regular season games were more compelling than that.

Not sure why the match up fell so flat. Except to say these two teams were very evenly matched and both have really good defenses that step up in the biggest moments. Unfortunately it didn't feel like the kind of defensive battle that was fun to watch though, like Cowboys v Saints was in the regular season.

Good on the Pats though. They had a less than stellar year when the NFC was all the rage and they weren't even the most popular team in AFC for most the year. And yet, they find a way once again.
