Seems a tradition around here, so I figured I'd start this off. What are your favorite Super Bowl 53 commercials? And what ones do you think are terrible? Want to keep this thread going before, during and after the game. Maybe we can reach a consensus as to the very best? I think Budweiser, Bud Light, Audi, Amazon and Michelob Ultra are strong contenders this year. But there are usually 70+ ads, so lots to choose from.

    All Super Bowl 53 ads

My favorite for sure is the Audi ad. They are usually really good, airing just one really good ad every year. And from what I've seen so far, its the best:

    Audi - Cashew

As for my least favorite.. it's this one just because it kinda makes me want to throw up. Odd choice to associate your brand with something I think everyone universally thinks is disgusting/revolting:

Mint Mobile - Chunky Style Milk

In the words of the youngest daughter from Mrs. Doubtfire, "That is the most revolting thing I've ever seen." That being said, I too find it curious that a company would haphazardly associate their brand with something so gross.

These are my Two favs so far:

    Mercedes-Benz - Say the Word

Amazon - Not Everything Makes the Cut

AND my least favorite so far:

    Pepsi - More Than OK

Agreed on the Pepis commercial. It has flash, but not much else. It's kind of annoying when you watch it enough.

    Here's my favorite:

    Hyundai - The Elevator

    Thumbs Up Nice.

Michelob Ultra's organic beer ad gets my vote so far. Discussed in the other thread I saw already about ASMR.. that's really cool to see in a Super Bowl ad. And it didn't feel like an ad company trying to be hip and exploit a popular subculture trend. I mean, maybe that's 100% what it is. But at least they got it all correct. And did it justice. And it makes sense for the brand; the beer is organic and natural. If nothing else, its very well made and the scenery is awesome.

I think my favorite one I've seen so far is the M&M's one. I just think how she freaks out at the end is funny and very true:

Audi and M&M's for me. Though I just made a post about Dilly Dilly ads. That one hasn't surfaced yet. Might go straight to the top! Hard to say. Wix.com ad was super boring. So that's my least favorite so far.

Now that they are all in, I think for me its a tie between Audi and Bud Light - Joust. Was just a perfect collab with Bud Light and Game of Thrones. One of the few times I laughed during the game too, when they re-enacted that Mountain scene and that guy screamed. A close 3rd place goes to the NFL - The 100-Year Game though. That was pretty great. Definitely those are my top 3.

    For the losers...

We had a lot of really boring ads like ADT, WeatherTech, Persil and Wix.com. These weren't Super Bowl worthy at all. Pretty lame showing given how expensive it is to buy that air time. Persil probably gets my nod for the most blah ad of the night.

There's not really much to this one, but it actually made me laugh out loud. It was part of a string of T-Mobile ads.
