It's all announced and ready to go -- NCAA Basketball Tournament Live Bracket

Good, up-to-date site for the bracket, schedule and highlight/recap vids, if interested.

Also, let's make some predictions, now that we know who's in and what seed everyone got. Duke, Gonzaga, Virginia and North Carolina all landed #1 seeds. How deep do you see these four teams going?

I can say right now, I can see Duke, Gonzaga and North Carolina in the Final Four. I am not sure about Virginia. Tennessee and Kansas State seem capable of knocking them off.

But I do expect this to be a tournament where the the Elite 8 and Final Four is filled with the top 1-4 seeds. I'm not expecting any straight up Cinderella teams this year.

For the ultimate prediction, give me Duke and North Carolina in the finals.

So, what are your predictions? Any surprise teams you are betting on when you fill out a bracket? Who did you think will be in the final four and ultimately win it all?

Duke and NC have always been a strong favorite. I can see them both going all the way. How capable are Tenn and Kansas of actually knock them off?

Knocking out Virginia? Real capable I would say. Though they won't see Kansas State until the Sweet 16, if it plays out that way, which I think it will. If Virginia gets past them, I say its a coin flip.. then Virginia would see Tennessee in the next round, the Elite 8.

Of course, Purdue could be there instead of Tennessee. But like I said earlier, I don't think higher seeds will be making it too far. So 1-4 seeds in the South I think will be battling in the Sweet 16 and Elite 8. If I had to guess, it would say Kansas State vs Tennessee. But that's just a wild guess.

I just got done filling out my brackets.. for the first round I picked all the better seeds to win except Minnesota (10), Baylor (9), Murray State (12), Ohio State (11) and Seton Hall (10).

For my biggest surprise of the tournament, give me Murray State taking on Gonzaga in the Sweet 16, and I say its a toss up. I did another bracket where Murray State makes it to the Elite 8. But it's too hard to see them passing Gonzaga and Michigan or Texas Tech.

I actually think the South is going to have zero surprises, I expect Virginia to make it to the Final Four. I do wonder if North Carolina can make it though. Have a feeling they won't, I picked Kentucky to knock them off in both my brackets.

Everyone's favorite is Duke. Sure. I'm down for that too. Give me Duke and Kentucky in the finals. Or Duke and Virginia. Those are the two I went with.

I think Michigan State will beat Duke in the Elite 8. Bracket breaker right there for like the 40% of people making brackets who picked Duke to win it all.

For a wild card pick out of the West, I'd go with Texas Tech or even better Buffalo in the Final Four to play Mich St.

As for Virginia, they need to redeem themselves after that embarrassing lost last year. Not sure they will. I took Tenn into the Final Four, to play North Carolina.

Tar Heels vs Michigan State in the finals. Michigan State wins it all. Thumbs Up

I forgot about that Virginia game last year, lol.. It would be really cool if they made a comeback by winning the entire championship, but there's just too many teams that stand in there way this year. It'd basically be impossible. But I guess it's possible.

And yeah, I like your Michigan State vs. Tar Heels prediction. I could totally see that happening. If the two actually did make that happen, I'd like to see Michigan State win.

Agreed. I'd like to see them win as well.

How's everyone's brackets doing so far? Imagine UC Irvine beating K State just screwed up a ton of people's brackets. I know I definitely lost out there. Had one bracket where K State played Tenn out of the South. So a good chunk goes down as wrong right there.

I've missed about 5 games so far so no perfect bracket for me this year. Once again. All good though, don't think there will be a perfect bracket from ANYONE this year.

My top picks are still alive. I have the Elite 8 being:

Michigan State vs Duke. Michigan State to win.
Texas Tech vs Gonzaga. Texas Tech to win.
Tennessee vs Virginia. Tennessee to win.
Kentucky vs North Carolina. NC to win.

Then Michigan State over TT. And NC over Tenn. And finally still.. Michigan State to beat NC in the finals.

I feel pretty good about my chances.

There are really only 2 surprises out of the second round, Oregon and Auburn. All the others are 1-4 seeds. So all the better seeds advanced. Probably means a ton of brackets Elite 8s are fully intact. Mine is in one, but Kansas losing hurt my other one; 7/8 alive in that one.

Duke looks vulnerable every game so far btw. I think they can beat Virginia Tech. But Michigan State not so much.

I'm a total noob at this, but I'm gonna make my predictions anyway. For today, I'm going to say it will be FSU, Tennessee, Michigan, and Virginia.

Damn, half my bracket was blown up with Tennessee and NC losing. :| Anyone still have their final four in tact?
