This matchup would have never been possible if Belichick and company could have found their way into keeping (and paying) the best QB to ever play the game.
But now we have it. And I'm sure its EXACTLY what the NFL wanted, the moment Brady announced he was a Bucc. You have the most dominant quarterback in the history of the game, that's taken his team to a Super Bowl an astounding 10 times now (winning 6 so far) vs the second coming in Patrick Mahomes, coming fresh off his own Super Bowl win, where he was the MVP.
So Brady's been there 10 times (out of 21 seasons) and won 6, and he's 43. Mahomes is 1/1 and he's only 25. This is a fascinating game, that will either play out as a passing of the torch from one all time great to another. Or another time where Brady just simply wins again.
I think the Chiefs win this game. The Buccs have the defense advantage but only slightly. Whereas the Chiefs I think have a more dynamic offense, and therefore are just harder to hang with.
How do you see Super Bowl LV going down?
