Will sports return to normal in 2022?

This past year has brought on a ton of changes for pretty much every single sport. We have bubbles all over the place filled up with athletes just trying to practice and perform as safe as possible, little to no fans in stadiums around the world and restrictions everywhere. But that was over the past year. We all had to enforce and follow these guidelines to keep everyone safe and not spread any germs. Now that the vaccine has already reached almost half the U.S. population and is continuing to go up with every second, the sporting world is now able to relax on some of those restrictions. This bring with it the question of when we'll be able to go watch a game in person or even know for sure they'll be playing that day without any cancellations. So does anyone think that'll happen by 2022? Or maybe even later this year?

I think the fall of 2021 is realistic. I could see stadiums being back to relative normal by then, optimistically. Maybe with the caveat that anyone under 16-18 can't come (because vaccines aren't ready for them yet).

I know that more and more stadiums are already starting to open back up with smaller crowds. I wonder how long it'll take to get them back at full capacity.
