Will the Toronto Blue Jays make it to the big show this year?

Ok, so they are at the top of their division. They have a great lineup this year ( with Travis, Donaldson, Bautista, and Encarnacion at the tippy top). Some are saying that this top four is perhaps the best in baseball. They seem to have the dangerous, and yet necessary three: contact, speed and power.

Not to mention, the Jays have a stellar starting rotation, which is also considered the best in the league. A fresh bullpen. Also, they are on par to possibly break the franchise record for most wins in a single season. I'd say they definitely have a strong chance. I would bet money that they will at least make it to the World Series. So, if that is the case, I'd like to get an imaginary match up going. Who do you think they would face in the World Series, and would they have a chance.

I'm going with the Toronto Blue Jays vs. the Chicago Cubs. I know,I know. But both teams are looking great. The Cubs are at 84 and 47, you can't shake a stick at that. I will close with the Cubs sweeping the Jays though.

    Any takers?

Blue Jays have a much tougher division to get out of than say, my pick.. the Rangers, for AL winner. Give me Texas and the Cubs.

You know what, I like that combo too. That would be great match up for sure.
